This year’s American Customer Index includes a list of the most popular cellphones according to a survey of 70,000 consumers. Each year the index ranks products based on customer satisfaction by conducting research across the country.

Samsung’s Galaxy S5

These are the top 5 most popular cellphones
The Samsung Galaxy S5 was the most anticipated device at Mobile World Congress. The Galaxy S series brings the most popular Android smartphone every single year, so a device of this magnitude simply cannot go unnoticed.

As expected, two smartphone manufacturers lead the survey: Samsung and Apple. Microsoft Mobile, formed when Microsoft bought Nokia’s phone business, showed the largest drop in customer satisfaction, down 3 percent.

On the other hand, Blackberry made the largest gains at 5 percent due to a highly loyal customer base. Yet the company is still facing an exodus of customers.
