Savannah is a city of contrast; in physical terms as well as society and culture. The classic architecture contradicting the growing modern populous the natural squares and parks are set against the backdrop of a planned historic city. The rich traditions of southern culture are married with the modern creative class and shines light on Savannah’s present and the past. This bench integrates Savannah’s current city plan into a seating surface that is tactile, visually and structurally dimensional, and captures the essence of the city.
