Miracle Residence in Istanbul, Turkey by Istanbul-based architectural office BFTA, is a 30.000 m2 residence, and office, mixed-use project in one concept. Two 100m. blocks creates 250m. long residential block with the social volumes between them. This 8 storey high- 250m. long surface not designed as if its another ordinary building in the area but, taken as a residential block design experiment. Since the block resides south edge of the site, there’s so many potential uses on paysage. Location of Miracle Residence is Kurtköy, Pendik, on the Anatolian Side of Istanbul. BFTA team includes M.Sc architect Fuat Taşkıranoğlu, M.Sc architect Beylem Taşkıranoğlu, M.Sc architect Miguel Zapatero, architect Işıl Budak and trainee Ömer Murat Nizam.

BFTA has a senior architectural practise on projects such as residences, offices, mix used buildings, hotels, industrial buildings. In the preliminiary design process, they analyze the needs, costs, the visual quality, accordance with the relevant regulations, enviromental approach, coherence with the natural/built environment and transform accurate decisions to the detailed application projects. Thanks to the deep large scale housing and mix used building practise, BFTA evaluates its planning strategy and concept design experience in every scale. Architects Fuat Taşkıranoğlu, Beylem Taşkıranoğlu, Sinan Cebecigil, Celalettin Aksoy, Fulya Arabacıoğlu are the design team of BFTA for this project. BFTA designed Miracle Residence for MÖN Construction and Trade Co. in 2009 and the overall project completed in February 2012.
