Dune Road Beach House in East Quogue, NY is a residential project designed by architects Joseph Tanney and Robert Luntz’s New York, NY based architecture studio Resolution: 4 Architecture. Located on the eastern end of Long Island, the RES4 Dune Road Beach House rides the crest of a dune along the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. The house is a two-story double-wide with cut-outs for exterior deck space. A compact 2200 SF accommodates 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, laundry, and an office.

An expansive roof deck features an outdoor fireplace and 360 degree views. The southern elevation features floor-to-ceiling hurricane-rated windows. The vertical cement board volume contains the lower and upper fireplaces. A corner stair provides interior access to roof deck.
